Overcome Setbacks With Positivity✨

Hi Tess!

Congratulations! Thanks to the pandemic, we are officially all overcomers!! We have overcome so much this past year, and now it is time to overcome the remaining setbacks with an open heart!

Here are a few things I want you to keep in mind as overcomers:

  1. Expect some unpredictable things to happen. As you’re saying, “I’m going to overcome this,” unexpected things are going to happen (in a good way). Expect cool things to happen for you once you decide you are going to get out of the dead zone. The setback mode the pandemic brought us.
  2. Emotionally conquer negativity. Do small positive things for yourself every day to conquer the negativity. Taking a few moments each day to smile at yourself in the mirror is you emotionally conquering negativity and setbacks. Because you’re deciding to smile, you’re inviting positivity into your life and changing it for the better.
  3. Embrace the setbacks and challenges. I want you to say out loud, “I love setbacks and challenges” – sounds crazy, right? But saying those words to yourself reminds yourself that you’re an overcomer and can handle different things. You survived the pandemic, and now we’re all rebuilding together and conquering those emotions. Embrace the setbacks of the last year and propel yourself forward with positivity.

I encourage you to repeat positivity to yourself regularly and don’t let negativity creep in. We can overcome anxiety with positive mindsets. It all starts with you!
